Wednesday, We’re having it about 2 PM Central-US time

Post up any sort of prose for it.

There is no body, but they are burying an empty casket.  So. um.  Yes.

Billy had wanted to wait for Teddy to get home, he really did, but with his husband busy, and with nothing else to do, he had taken to using his magic to produce a bright glow.  It was enough to see the growing child within the egg, tracking it’s progress with relative ease.  

It was coming up rapidly on it’s due date, being only two or three months away.  Now was the time they should be able to see what sex their child would be, so the proper arrangements were made.  He took a deep breath, looking around, deciding a quick peek couldn’t hurt.

With a glowing hand, he floated the egg up so he could see inside, a smile coming onto his face as he identified it.  He could wait to tell Teddy, and they could decide later what to tell everyone else.  For now it was going to be he and the baby’s little secret.

Time for the honeymoon.

They were nervous… Then again, most couples were on their wedding day.

Even if they were just going to the courthouse with all the papers filled out, and then leaving for their honeymoon.  They weren’t going to have a big fancy ceremony, mostly because while they could afford to, they could not decide what faith, if any at all, to have it by.

They weren’t at all really dressed for it, mostly because they were leaving directly after this for their honeymoon.  They were dressed comfortably, ready for traveling some distance away.

It was then that Billy took his fiance’s hand, swallowing as he looked at him, a sheepish smile coming to grace his features.  With a reassuring squeeze the two men took a step towards the small window of the courthouse, speaking with the woman there before getting the necessary forms for them to be wed.

It didn’t take long for them to have the proper papers filled out in entirety, and with a subtle twist of magic to speed up the process, it also didn’t take long for them to be approved.  As soon as they had the certificate in hand, they were all smiles again, Teddy planting small kisses on Billy’s face.

With an exchange of ‘I love you’s, and a few more kisses, they departed the courthouse, returning to their apartment to get their luggage.  Afterwards they were off for places unknown, planning a return in a week or so.
